Rock a la Carte is:

Rock a la Carte is comprised of four Iowa Great Lakes area musicians who came together in the fall of 2005 to play the music they love. Their set list is a “Greatest hits jukebox from the 60’s through today“. They feature many classic rock songs from groups such as Queen, The Beatles, The Who, The Monkees, and many more. They also play current songs from groups such as Green Day, Lifehouse, Spacehog, Oasis, Incubus, and many others. They pride themselves in their variety and diversity.

All four have had success touring and recording with other groups.

Alissa Bootsma adds great vocals as well as playing guitar, bass, keys.  Her Rock a la Carte vocals stand out as she is able to cover many different artists and styles.

Jesse Dagel is regarded as one of the top lead guitar players around the area. He has recorded and played with many groups. Audiences will appreciate his mastery of the guitar and his ability to perfect the tone and sound of all of the great guitar players covered in Rock a la Carte.

Gary Lambert has an extensive background as a touring and session musician throughout the Midwest. His tasty, aggressive drumming adds to the Rock a la Carte sound along with his vocal stylings.

Jesse Welch is a master of many trades. You may see him playing bass, electric or acoustic guitar. He also adds strong vocals to the Rock a la Carte sound.
